True, but for the US (all due respect to other nationalities and languages, seriously), encountering anything other than a 101-key US traditional keyboard layout or the 104-key keyboard layout (with the three extra Windows keys) is HIGHLY annoying.
I'm sure that others in many other countries would likely agree that there is a dominant keyboard "standard" that is most widely accepted where they live, work, and play, and anything outside of the "norm" is likely similarly annoying to them. I myself love my IBM M series, but my workmates hate how loud I am on it. So Have a cheap dell.
