+10000. We use Kyocera almost exclusively here (except for a few old inkjets, and some Lexmark units that were bought by the previous IT Manager) in the office environment. We love them, but you'll want to make sure that the folks who would support it are responsive so that on the rare occasions when you have a problem, they can come fix it quickly.

Cost-per-page goes down as machine cost goes up. If you really want a low cost-per-page, buy a "copier" that does printing (they all do these days). Typically one cent per page or less, and machine lifetimes in the millions of pages. However, the initial machine cost is much higher, so if you don't actually do a lot of printing, it's not worth it. When I researched major printer brands a couple years ago, they all had comparable cost-per-page in the same machine class. $0.17/page is crazy high, though. Even our worst smaller printers weren't much more than $0.07 or so, and most are around $0.03 or $0.02. -- Ben ~ Finally, powerful endpoint security that ISN'T a resource hog! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbeltsoftware.com/Business/VIPRE-Enterprise/> ~ --- To manage subscriptions click here: http://lyris.sunbelt-software.com/read/my_forums/ or send an email to listmana...@lyris.sunbeltsoftware.com with the body: unsubscribe ntsysadmin Regards, David Herrick Chief Financial Officer - Executive Vice President Names in the News 180 Grand Avenue Suite 1545 Oakland, CA 94612 415 989-3350 415 433 7796 Fax davidherr...@nincal.com www.namesinthenews.com This email and any attached files are confidential and intended solely for the intended recipient(s).
