PIX 501 is in the price range but can't do dual WAN. (It is also EOL, with EOS coming in 2013)
Can't remember if 5505 can do dual WAN (my smallest ASA is a 5510). ASA 5520 is WAAAAY out of his (stated) price range. Jonathan L.
