Whether or not Copy/Paste doesn't get used is a bit beside the point.  How
many consumers stop to think about whether they'll use that particular
feature?  What they know is that they can do it on Androids and iPhones.

Couple that with this current mess and Microsoft is presenting the image
that they are a day late and a dollar short.  It may not be the case at all,
but there's a huge risk that the uninitiated (consumers, who are the target
audience) will see that they can't do something on  Windows Phone 7 device,
but can do it on a competitor's device.  And some people are making a big
deal about it, whether or not it actually is a big deal.
