I did the following from my Windows 7 Laptop with no issues.
Start-Run-Cmd Explorer \\servername\sharename$ <file:///\\servername\sharename$> and it opened up to that share. Z Edward E. For example: \\servername\shareName\Directory One\ On Windows XP, W2K3, quotes are not required from the Run line. Recently updated my desktop to W7 and on W2K8R2 I've noticed that quotes seem to be required. Was there a change? Or is this just a setting somewhere that I need to adjust in my profile?
