Be sure you install the DirectAccess Connectivity Assistant on your client PCs. It provides some good troubleshooting logs that will help considerably if you have client connectivity failures. It also provides a visual indicator of DA connectivity in the system tray. DCA 1.5 is part of the UAG SP1 download.
