I think you'll hose the RAID entirely if you do that. The rebuilding of the single replaced drive relies on all the remaining drives for the restoring the data.

I replaced the failed one and it's rebuilding but I was wondering if anyone has an opinion on whether or not I can replace the suspect drive before the other one completes it's rebuild as this is a remote office and I really don't want to drive back out here just to swap a drive out.
