You can look to the Gov for reimbursement amounts.

As far as policy goes, I think it's pretty typical to only reimburse for
travel above and beyond the employee's normal commute. I wouldn't set such a
strict policy (monthly allowance) that would prevent your reps from
providing customer service, but that's just me.
