To me, Mark is just a genuinely nice guy. I had attended a pre-conference session he did at TechEd 2005 that completely fried my brain after 4 hours and there were 2 hours left. I met Mark in 2006 waiting on a shuttle bus. We wound up speaking for about 10 minutes about what I learned in 2005 and what he could do to improve. Who would think Mark R. needed advice from an unknown on how to improve as a teacher!
