I downloaded it from Dell's website, and it will extend a W2k3 or W2k boot volume live. The OP mentioned that he's heard it was "unsafe", but that has not been our experience. But in, w2k3, if you're expanding the boot partition, you need to attach that drive to different server as a non-boot drive.
