Why do you think XenServer will be dead?

XenServer will be dead soon. You might as well move to HyperV now if you want 
to avoid VMWare.

        In all seriousness, this is going to cause some interesting 
jiggery-pokery here as they try to keep costs down. Might have to go around 
moving some RAM about, although I haven't really read everything in depth yet. 
If XenServer's management tools improved somewhat we might adopt it for our 
production boxes, instead of just the testing environments we host on it now.
