Wow.  That's kind of startling, considering how useful Histograms are.  Oh 
well.. guess someone had to be the first :)

Given that there's no licensing issues, then, it should be a simple thing to 
specify it's structure (hint, hint ;)

No. The Histogram_Data class itself contains no references to Qt and is a 
standalone class. I suspect it simply wasn't put into DDImage so far as no one 
else has tried to use the Histogram_Knob from the NDK.
