Many thanks to those whom replied ! Howard, Abraham, and Julik.

I've just got the rushes and started to play with Kronos OFlow and Retime. And
as I pondered my problem, I realized that the solution may be even simpler than
I had thought.

In fact the images produces by both cameras are progressive frame, so no
de-interelacing. Seeing as the film was shot and edited on a 29.97 timeline
than I believe it's not going to be much harder than using one of the three
retime tools and using “speed” (with nearest frame) set to 29,97/25 = 1.1988.

(actually Nuke indicates the footage as
29.97something-rather-something-rather..... like at least a half dozen
digits.... coming from the original .MP4 metadata)

Than take the resulting footage and reconform in a 25i/s timeline.

I'll post here once I have a digicut to check my conform, in case anyone else
in the future has a similar quarry.
