So, I'm new to NuPIC and I've searched the list archives for information on a
timeline for the C++ implementation. Saw the January 2014 meeting notes, which
didn't say much about timeline. Since I'm 100x better at C++ than Python I'd
love to do it that way, but I've got my own project timeline to consider and
from what I've seen I'm looking like it's high time for Py time.
