Wakan, sorry I haven't gotten back to you. I've been really busy. The CSV file you mention is NOT input for NuPIC, it is the output from NuPIC. It is written so users without matplotlib can graph the output in a spreadsheet program. I never use it, so I'm not certain how correct it is.
