i had an older version so i upgraded to nut 2.2.0-1. using the "megatec_usb"
driver, this is what i get:
      #upsdrvctl start
"No supported devices found. Please check your device availability with
'lsusb' and make sure you have an up-to-date version of NUT. If this does not
help, try running the driver with at least 'vendorid' and 'subdriver' options
specified."

the only device connected via usb that i have now is the ups, i think that i'm
pointing to the right port.
what should i try now?, if the Winpower software use the megatec protocol maybe
there is way to solve this..
