i tried the upsdrvctl command, with this configuration
ups.conf:
[miUPS]
driver = megatec_usb
vendorid = 0665
subdriver = agiler
port = /dev/bus/usb/001/002
also tried using port "auto".
the result is the same message i posted in the previous message. so this is
what i have:
#upsdrvctl -DD start
"Network UPS Tools - UPS driver controller 2.2.0-
Starting UPS: miUPS
exec: /lib/nut/megatec_usb -a miUPS
Network UPS Tools 2.2.0- - Megatec protocol driver 1.5.4
[megatec_usb]
Carlos Rodrigues (c) 2003-2007
Serial-over-USB transport layer for Megatec protocol driver [megatec_usb]
No supported devices found. Please check your device availability with 'lsusb'
Driver failed to start (exit status=1) "
I still have hopes that this ups can work properly with nut. meanwhile, i have
to turn off the pc's at night because i'm not in a stable zone.
