You have gotten it. I like to be able to shutdown the computer (or let
it sleeping) if the Uin is less then a user specified value...
But currently I do not know, HOW I can wakeup the computer...
But since the +5Vsb (from the ATX PSU) is permanent powered the computer
must whatch the USB port to wake up... But I do not know, HOW to send
such signal from my PSU-µC over the USB-Port...
Not found the specs for it. Can you help me out?

This, what I was thinking about... With a small µC in the PSU and a
firmware upgrade plus the right UPS-Software, it would be very easy.
