Fred (the Eaton guy that made the windows port) is still on holiday for a week, but I'm sure he will be pleased to assist you when he's back. AFAICT, your 'port' definition seems wrong, since powercom is a serial driver (confirmed by your RS232 unit). but I'm not sure about the exact value: windows style (ie COM1) or linux/mingw style (/dev/ttyS0).
