For a second there I thought the vendorid was 0463 which is MGE UPS,
owned by Eaton. You can specify the vendorid option in ups.conf,
vendorid = 04b3

And try the explore option, but I'm not sure that is entirely safe. I'll
let someone else answer what's best to do next.
