I just committed this (rev. 550196). Thanks a lot for your help in
tracking this bug. (we also fixed another bug along the way, which is
extra nice :)

Note that NUTCH-504 also slightly changed the way indexer works. Now
if nutch can't parse a url properly, it doesn't index that url.
