Agreed.  It's easy when the subnets are the same, but I'm not sure how
easy it would be to detect the case where two interfaces are on the same
link but different subnets.

Likewise, though I know many customers use them because of historical (and
current) bugs in IPMP that hopefully will die when Clearview integrates.
