If a sys admin connects more than one interface to the
same network, I think we can assume that the intention
is to use IPMP.  And there will be a way in NWAM to
specify that.  The system will continue to function before
the sys admin does the IPMP setup and after NWAM brings
up all the interfaces.  It seems to be an acceptable
behavior.

If everyone thinks that in the first deliverable of NWAM,
it must do the auto detection of IPMP possibility and
set things up automatically and also react to whatever
changes a user can make on the IPMP setup, we will try to
figure it out.
