Long.  It's more of a group session than a talk.  When I did it at  
GeekUp, it was a 30 min slot, followed by 50 mins of coding off-stage,  
followed by a 20 min wrapup.  But I'd like to do the coding (which is  
really more about preparing Cucumber) on-stage with audience input -  
seeing as it's a Ruby-geek event.  So the 20 min wrapup would probably  
end up extending the coding session (you don't need a conclusion if  
you see the coding).  I expect it'd take about the same time overall,  
ie about 1hr40.

With this in mind maybe you should do yours in Jan and I can do mine  
in Feb?  That way I won't cause the loss of will-to-live among too  
many people :)
