Are there any other DSL Providers that offer a static IP address and has service in the 845 area code (Orange County) and has 1.5down/385up (or better) for that price or cheaper? If not, does anyone know of a Cable Provider that offers a static IP address in that area for the same speeds? Thanks. -D
