I have been using PANIX for the past two years and they have been excellent. They are have superior technical competence and seem to also be able to navigate the treacherous waters of Verizon.
Their price is a little bit higher, but you really do get what you pay for. I am running a wireless node off of a 1.5/512 aDSL connection in Brooklyn.
