I've tried verizon, and it rocks. Coverage everywhere, and it is reasonably speedy (at least 56k most of the time)
Stay as far away from t-mobile as you can. I've used their network, and I consistently get 80% packet loss and speeds around that of a 1200 bps modem. It took 10 minutes to load yahoo.com.
