Hello All, Early flyers seen by Dick Belanger, Sally Swain and
myself were 3 Brown Creeper, a Veery, Eastern Meadowlark, a few Pine
Siskins," Grey Ghost",Harrier, 50 Brant and a flock of 40 American Pipits
that landed and fed in the traffic circle for a good 20 minutes. We then
spent 2 hours watching the first steady run of Northern Gannets, both Common
and Red Throated Loons and Scoter ducks from the upper deck of the Ranger
Station. Tuesday morning could be interesting. Good October Birding,
Carl Starace
