RED-THROATED LOON: Tomhannock 11/7. RED-NECKED GREBE: Lake George 11/1-3 (2); Tomhanock 11/7 (2). BLACK VULTURE: Slingerlands 11/4 (2). NORTHERN SHRIKE: Ephratah 11/8. RUSTY BLACKBIRD: Vischer Ferry 11/4. Other notable reports: Snow Goose: Herrington Pond 11/2; Stuyvesant 11/2 (20). Brant: Valatie 11/4; Tomhannock 11/7 (18).
