A drake Barrow's Goldeneye was present on the West Pond this morning, observed from 7 to 7:30 AM on the north side of the pond among numerous Common Goldeneye, Red-breasted Merganser, Snow Geese and other waterfowl. I had a nice look with the scope at 50x from the south side of the pond in the early morning sun.
