In addition to the birds listed by John Laver for today I spotted a group of 5 VESPER SPARROWS in the NW section of the park on the ball fields south of the Bronx Kill. For me the best bird of the day was a single EASTERN MEADOWLARK south of ballfield #42 in the northeast section of the park.
