Between 11:00-11:45 this AM, a Winter Wren, Purple Finch and Hermit Thrush
were seen along the boardwalk and Dam Trail area at Quogue Wildlife Refuge.
The Winter Wren responded to a tape(played in the Chocolate Pudding Pond area),
and was clearly seen for 3-4 minutes. Pine Warblers were also in the eastern
part of the Refuge, heard and seen along Old Country Rd.
