Vicki Rothman and Kathy DiVito just found a SAY'S PHOEBE south of the Village of Clarendon in Orleans County. The bird was in a horse pasture on New Guinea Rd, not far from the intersection with Upper Holly Rd. Unfortunately, I don't know if the pasture is east or west of New Holly Rd but, as I noted, it is not far from that road.
