This morning I observed a pair of eagles fly in from the east landing on the osprey best at shorefront park in Patchogue Village. The best is atop a light stanchion on the baseball fields. They flew off after a short time and were later observed at the cemetery along the eastern bank of Patchogue Lake, just north of the brewery.
