The LeConte’s Sparrow continues at Conference House Park at the southern tip of
Staten Island. Seen well by four observers when the bird perched for a few
minutes in a small tree.

The bird is in a small field just off the beach near a red metal pole and a
garbage can. I entered the park from Massachusetts Ave and walked south on a
paved road and turned right after a few hundred yards.
