Here is a chance to bird the wonderful Block Island at it's peak! It
should be
a stellar day of non stop birding and conservation! Plus access to at

site that is not open to the public. Fall birding at it's peak on Block

Join The Nature Conservancy's volunteer ornithologist Tom Magarian on
September
19th for a fun filled day of fall birding throughout the island.
Highlights
include the flats at low tide, mixed species flocks of confusing fall
warblers,
grassland birds, seawatching, and a bird banding demonstration. The
day begins
at 6:30 and ends at 4 pm. There will be a break for lunch in town
where people
can get food. Cost per person is $150 and includes transportation
throughout
the day leaving from and returning to town. Space is limited so sign
