Plus a warbler sighting at 50th Street & 6th Avenue at the end of this
report.

Bryant Park: The 5th Avenue YELLOW-BREASTED continues. This is the one with
the less bright supraloral region. The bird was seen in its seemingly
preferred location at the north end of the terrace around the shrubs or
along the 5th Avenue shrubbery viewable from the sidewalk or looking down
from the terrace.

At least 2 OVENBIRDS were seen. One has a completely orange central crown
stripe and the other has a nearly complete olive colored crown stripe with
a touch of orange, center-right, in the stripe. This bird was in the
rectangular garden east of the 6th Avenue & 42nd Street entrance and along
the border garden on the north side of the ice skating rink in the
easternmost section. The other Ovenbird was seen in the southeast storage
area.

The LINCOLN'S SPARROW continues to feed in the area surrounded by low
shrubs south of the restrooms. Matthew Rymkiewicz also saw the sparrow
today in the southeast storage area.

I went over to the 6th Avenue & 50th Street site to find the thrush but
wasn't lucky enough to see it. I did spot an adult male COMMON YELLOWTHROAT
in the gardens on the SE corner of 50th Street & 6th Avenue.
