After an unsuccessful search for Mike Higgiston's Sora along Dune Road, around
4:00PM, I found a small flock of Indigo Bunting, one breeding male, one first
winter male, and three female. The birds were on the grassy front lawn of
house number 81 Dune Road, East Quogue, located just east of Dockers
Restaurant. At the same location were two Brown Thrashers, a Catbird, and two
House Finches.

Earlier in the day, a male Blue-winged Warbler, Pine Warblers, and a single
Yellow-rumped Warbler, were seen at Quogue Wildlife Refuge, along with House
Wrens, Carolina Wrens, a Catbird, and numerous E. Towhees.
