This afternoon at Kissena Park, east of the Velodrome in the wet meadow where
few people go;
I observed two American Tree Sparrows bathing at a puddle.  In this field there
is an unbroken trail that leads directly to the bridle path east of the
velodrome.  This is the path I took when I found one Sparrow chirping on a
small thornapple tree and then flew down to a puddle to bathe, later joined by
a second.  They stayed together for as long as I could watch them before they
disappeared into the thorny bushes.

Earlier in the morning at the Corridor I had a Blue-Headed Vireo.
Lots of raptors today also.  Kestrel, Sharp-Shinned and Red-tail, probably more
but I lack the skill to ID from a far distance.
