A Red-necked Phalarope, discovered by Walter H. Laufer, was seen feeding Sunday morning 9:00-11:30 am (at least) in the Hudson River beside the river wall of Hudson River Park in the West Village of Manhattan between Piers 40 and 35 (Morton Street to West 10th Street). Photos at
