In light of the King Eider reports from Rockaway Beach I took a look at the eBird hotspots there and noticed only one called "Rockaway Park" which is both the name of a town and a park.
I've setup the following hotspots that should be available in the system within 12 hours. The first 3 are based on the way some people create checklists including me ... less is more. The others are more specific based on the associated neighborhoods.
