We're all aware of the passion in these CMS discussions, but I vote
CMS Made Simple! It's intuitive, flexible, and modular. Uses TinyMCE
and Smarty, and as the name suggests, it does well to simplify the
entire process of website development. You have templates (one per
page), global content blocks, and any number of TinyMCE content
"blocks" depending on your template. Module API is much simpler and
less restraining than any other CMS I have worked with.
