If you have had some 'good responses', why are you considering taking it to a recruiter? As for your second comment, I doubt that many if any on this list enjoy working with recruiters. Is this another way of saying 'I can't find what I am wanting'? If so, this would come as no surprise. I have noticed the common thread amongst employers who complain they have recruitment difficulties, is that they are invariably looking for someone who is a jack in, and master of all trades.
