A further thought (not specifically directed at Jochen) The best way to find someone in this category is within your network of people. This is especially vital for management type roles as someone in this position can make, even break, a business. Further the people who are 'good' (and this is judged on bottom line results) already have offers from within their people network for 'mutually beneficial business relationships'... Note my wording. I am a great fan of 'mutually beneficial business relationships', while I consider dealing with recruiters to be the most undignified (and consequencely least successful) way to find / start a business relationship (which is what employment inherently is). It comes down to strategy. Jochen (and many others) are looking for someone with 'commercial/business' qualities. I have yet to see someone like this looking for a "job", so therefore using a job seekers method, paradigm and forum will ultimately result in disappointment.
