My point was that clients failing to pay their invoices is not unique to web development industry. Every other industry that sends invoice after they deliver the goods would have same kind of problems. It is a common problem where people don't pay their power bill, phone bill, internet bill, etc. We should not make excuses for clients not paying their invoices.
