Yes, I'm sure that sympathy is what James is looking for. Regarding the 'novice' comment. This is a php user group and his issue is 100% political. If James wants progress with this issue then there are channels to follow through with, even and including approaching nzlive for a John Key endorsed private/public partnership. But it appears that James has already fenced himself off in a corner on this, has no clear directives of what he wants to achieve (apart from sympathy) and my 2 c is that this is not a good way of going about it. Sure, I may be wrong, and the likes of Twitter may become the nu-way of achieving political success, so who knows...
