Hi Keri & Aaron,

Thank you very much for the feedback, I have passed directly to the
branch manager. We are currently looking at ways we can make the
hosted payments page more dynamic so this is a good time to have
suggestions.

Also, on the note of comparing products, thank you for the comments
James.

It is not appropriate for me to comment on any other entities product
or service except DPS's. Some of the feedback (asside from the points
Aaron made) from my clients in a direct comparison is that they feel
they have more control with DPS. Because we link directly to the
merchant account at the bank, our clients get access to their funds
right away (no stand down or waiting period), with other solutions
this can become more difficult and delayed. Also the banks have the
ability to provide a more competitive merchant service rate
(percentage fee) than other entities. So DPS clients fees often end up
lower overall (per transaction).

I realise also that there is a market for both solutions so I do not
see them as competing directly.

Ari,
