On that note: I would use ConTeXt, which is basically a macro package
on top of TeX and use pdftex to generate PDF. Unfortunately the
learning curve might not be worth it, but if you now TeX, it's the
fastest and easiest way to get things done.
In your case the best option would be if there existed a program that
could format HTML to PDF, but I'm not aware of something that can do
that in one step.
