OK, looking at the demo vid this looks just like what I'm after - thanks
for the heads up, I hadn't seen this in my own searching. I'll have a go
at installing shortly and try to get some reports out of it. If this
doesn't work out I'll look at some of the other suggestions.
The key for me is the interface for creating the reports - the client
doesn't want to have to chase me to get small changes done, and I don't
want to be chased for small changes either. Writing my own reports in
HTML and converting to PDF is something I'd rather avoid.

html2pdf to make PDF, or by a google pdf generator project (I can not
remember the name, you can do google for it, like: whk****.exe), and
also you can do excel export easily by this way.
