Hi, we surely all have seen it happening, a domain name is registered for a customer to build a website and the web design/ hosting etc provider registers it in its own name.
I heard years ago this practice is "illegal" in terms of the registration rules of dnc.org.nz, however looking for it, I can't find any reference. Does anyone know where I can find this?
